This deeply grounding 90 min. therapeutic massage incorporates an earthy blend of Frankincense, Bergamot, and Sandalwood essential oils to soothe the nervous system and bring mental clarity, while heated stones are weaved in throughout the session to melt muscle tension and allow experienced hands to work over muscles, releasing tightness and easing joint constrictions. We finish with a gua sha treatment on the back to break up and flush out toxins in the fascia, followed with a hot, steamy towel on the back.
