Ayurveda means Science of Life and the practice is over 5,000 years old. It is the traditional system of medicine in India and focuses on bringing and keeping the body into balance through right diet, herbal treatments, yoga, meditation and daily/nightly rituals.

Ayurveda works to achieve health through whole-body healing. This includes physical, mental and emotional health. In Ayurveda medicine, the word Dosha refers to one of three bodily energies, or humors, that govern the physical, mental and emotional body. The three dosha's are Vata (ether & air), Pitta (fire & water), and Kapha (water & earth).

Ayurveda Consultations must be scheduled over the phone or in person. They are not available to be booked on the website.
Initial Consultation
(includes 2 follow-ups)
Initial Consult and Lifestyle Plan: The initial consult begins with a questionnaire to discover the dosha makeup you were born with, what your dosha profile is currently, what the dosha makeup of your current mental and emotional state is, as well as analysis of the face, eyes, tongue and fingernails. We will cover any health issues you have, and what your goals are for your overall health and well-being. You will be sent home with a basic daily routine to begin with, and, in three to five days, I will have your profile and healthy lifestyle plan put together which we will discuss. This plan is a guideline, and you can choose which parts to follow. Two weeks later, we will touch base over the phone to see how you are progressing and go over any questions you may have. This is your first follow-up. Four weeks after receiving your profile, we will have an in-person meeting to see how you are progressing, as well as seeing if any changes are needed in your plan. This is your second follow-up

Additional Follow-Ups
After your Initial Consult Pkg, which includes two follow-ups, you can come back anytime for
thirty-minute follow-ups, up to a year. Then we will need to do a reassessment.
